Build your own Hello Bar
Click “Create New” and give a name to your hello bar. You can either use a short informative name or your website name. Using a website name will help to distinguish bars that are created for different websites.
You can now choose manual or feed option. If you choose manual option, you can write your own message, link text and link URL. If you choose feed option your feed details will be taken dynamically. When the using manual option, it is better to use short sentence as it is more effective.
The next step is to choose the Bar, Text, and Link Colour. Use the “Preview” box to see the final bar that will appear on top of your website. After you have seen the preview “Save” the changes and copy the embed code that needs to be placed after the “<body>” tag. It is easy to manage all the bars. All you have to do is to use the “Manage” tab in the main page.
You can turn an individual bar on and off, acquire the code again, and delete an unwanted bar. There is a “Stats” tab that provide you the success rate of your individual hello bars.

Why you have to title it that way if you can have an original title? For me, I suggest to have a more unique title bar.
@Jeorge You haven’t got the clear idea. It is a bar that will be shown on the top of any page to grab attention of users. We can also the status of visitors who click on the bar.
