Twitter Reveals Top Trending Topics of 2009
So as the year draws to a close, not only has YouTube done the honors of revealing the top searched for and watched videos of this year 2009, Twitter has a list of its own and it’s quite interesting.
To be expected such topics as #iranelection, Swine Flu, Susan Boyle, Michael Jackson and of course New Moon, SNL and Tiger Woods all made the list.
What is ironic is that the list basically keeps straight with what most adults would be interested online, which confirms the point that mostly adults use Twitter. The full list reprinted from the Twitter blog can be viewed below.
